Chicano Database
The Chicano Database, produced by the University of California, Berkeley, Ethnic
Studies Library, identifies in one place all types of material about Chicanos and
provides uniform subject access to this constantly growing body of literature.
Interdisciplinary in nature, this acclaimed database of nearly 60,000 records furthers
research, teaching and scholarship for Chicano studies programs and broader ethnic
studies curricula. Coverage from the 1960s to the present, with selective coverage dating back to the early 1900s.
