Capital Changes Reports
Provides comprehensive coverage of changes to a corporation’s capital structure which have federal income tax effects on security holders. This resource tracks the capital history of the “target” company, i.e., the company whose security holders are affected by the transaction. Coverage includes public companies except those that are traded OTC.
