<p>The <em>World Newspaper Archive</em> is a collection of historical newspapers from around the world. Begins with Latin American newspapers from the 19th and 20th centuries. Forthcoming are African, European, Middle Eastern, South Asian, and Southeast Asian newspapers. Can be cross-searched with collection: America&#8217;s historical newspapers.</p>
<p>The <em>World Newspaper Archive</em> Latin American collection will be a rolling release, with completion of the c. 900,000 pages scheduled for Fall 2009.   Approximately 70,000 pages are expected to be processed monthly, with periodic releases of new titles.</p>
